You and a friend will make curry pastes and soup bases from scratch - the most important element of most dishes. Master the delicate balance of sweet, sour, spicy and savoury flavours that make Southeast Asian food so irresistible, and learn how to use them to create the most sumptuous of curries, noodle soups and stir fries.
Choose from five mouthwatering menus, featuring some of the region’s finest cuisines, including Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian and Indian. From Laksa, Tom Yum and Pho, to popular side dishes, like Papaya Salad and Chapatti, there’s a feast waiting for you.
